M. Ajay Jenix is the Founder & CEO of Raphael Consulting, with a professional background spanning IT recruitment, human resources, business management, and talent acquisition.

 

Ajay is an Executive Alumni of IIM Shillong, where he completed his Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management. He holds an MBA in International Business & Marketing from Amity University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM Easwari Engineering College.

 

Over the course of his professional journey, Ajay has gained experience across diverse organizations and industries, including Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Wheels India Private Limited, Ashok Leyland, Jaquar Lighting, Integrated Tech9Labs, Centilytics, Industry Atom, and PopuluxHR. This exposure has enabled him to develop a broad understanding of business operations, technology, talent requirements, and organizational growth.

 

During his academic journey, Ajay was recognized for both academic excellence and leadership. He secured the top position at the Amity International Business Summit for his paper on “US–China Trade War and its Impact on BRICS Nations” and was honored with the Shri Baljit Shastri Award by Amity University for good human values and academic excellence.

 

Beyond academics and professional experience, Ajay has actively contributed to leadership and social initiatives through organizations such as Youth Red Cross and Interact Club. His early leadership experiences, including serving as a School Pupil Leader, helped shape his approach to responsibility, teamwork, and people leadership.

 

As an entrepreneur, Ajay founded Raphael Consulting with the vision of building a trusted talent acquisition partner for organizations seeking exceptional technology and leadership talent. The company focuses on IT recruitment, direct hiring, mid- and senior-level hiring, leadership hiring, and talent acquisition solutions, with a particular focus on startups, product companies, and growing businesses.
